I've always had a passion for helping others which is why when selecting a career path, it was important to me that the main purpose would be geared towards improving the life of others and making a positive impact. Growing up I've seen first hand the need for help as it pertains to mental health. It has always been considered taboo to seek assistance and in order to break that narrative, I aspire to provide the best resources to those in need based on my expertise. As a Human Resource Professional, it is my privilege and responsibility to seek the talent of those individuals who have an incredible passion for wanting to break those stigmas in our society and want to be a beacon of light in the lives of those struggling in darkness.
